the reception staff, particularly mr mohamed iqbal, demonstrated really good hospitality, addressing all our requests promptly. the room was neat and well-prepared with all necessary amenities. breakfast was good with fresh options, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. i appreciated the cozy atmosphere, especially the small lobby cafe with tasty pastries.

The King Beautiful Room with Pool View offered a decent layout, great for space to relax after a long journey. The hotel boasts a pool that provides a nice escape in the middle of the city hustle.

WiFi connectivity was a persistent issue-consistent disruptions that left me frustrated. Breakfast lacked flavor despite having a decent variety, and the experience was overshadowed by the poor maintenance. I found a large stain on the couch and an immovable shower head that leaked. Not being very close to public transport made getting around a bit of a hassle.

Opt for rooms away from the street for a quieter stay, as some noise can be heard from outside.

A Nice Experience with Really good Service!

During my solo stay, I enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere at the on-site restaurant, where I indulged in a good breakfast spread every morning. And my room provided a peaceful retreat after a day exploring Riyadh. I highly recommend asking for tips on local attractions!

Breakfast offered a delicious array of both local and continental options, definitely a highlight of the stay. The reception service fell short. Calls often went unanswered, requiring trips downstairs for assistance, inconvenient. The staff displayed a commendable effort in hospitality, particularly in accommodating requests promptly, but this was overshadowed by some lapses in training observed .

Had an excellent breakfast with local and international food, always nice to start the day right. The staff helped us with late check out, a lifesaver since our flight was later in the day!
